I am the principal of a locally owned real estate firm and have worked extensively with homeowners, lenders, builders, and local officials. That experience has shaped my belief that effective local government should be transparent, accessible, and focused on practical outcomes rather than ideology.
In addition to my professional work, I have long been involved in civic and nonprofit efforts. Clear rules, consistent decision-making, and public accountability are essential to building trust and ensuring city government works effectively for residents and businesses alike.
I also believe local government has a responsibility to ensure that all residents are treated with dignity and fairness. That includes supporting policies that protect the safety and well-being of vulnerable populations, including transgender youth, and ensuring that schools and community institutions ar
