Mark F. Carpanini is a judge of the Tenth Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He was appointed to a newly-created position on this court by former Governor Jeb Bush in October of 2005. He took office on November 1, 2005.[1][2][3][4]

Carpanini was re-elected without opposition in 2014, winning a six-year term that expires on January 4, 2021.[5][6]

As an unopposed candidate, he was automatically re-elected without appearing on the ballot. [5] 

Education

Carpanini received his B.A. degree from Fordham University in 1975, his J.D. degree from the University of Miami in 1978 and his M.P.A. degree from the University of South Florida in 1998.[1]

Career

Carpanini began his career in 1979 as an assistant Polk County attorney. He was promoted to county attorney in 1990 and he served in that capacity until 2002. That year, he was appointed to the Polk County Court. He then joined the circuit court in 2005.[1][6]
