Mark F. Scurti is an associate judge on the First District Court in Baltimore City, Maryland. He was appointed to the court by Governor Martin O'Malley in August 2013 and assumed office on September 3, 2013.[1][2] His current term expires in 2023.[3]

Education

Scurti received his undergraduate degree in marketing from Loyola College in Maryland in 1985, his master's in business administration from Loyola College in 1987, and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1991.[2]
