Mark Gartley
Markk Gartley was a 2012 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 1st Congressional District of Maine.
Gartley expressed an intention to run for the 1st Congressional District of Maine, but failed to file before the filing deadline of March 15, 2012.[1]
