Mark Hedengren
Mark Hedengren was a 2014 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 3rd Congressional District of Utah.[1] Hendengren lost in the Republican primary to incumbent Jason Chaffetz.[2]
Biography
Hedengren holds an M.F.A. from the Glasgow School of Art and a B.F.A. from Brigham Young University. He works for Getty Images - Global Assignments as a photographer.[3]
Elections
2014
Hedengren ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. House to represent Utah's 3rd District. On April 26, 2014, at Utah’s GOP Convention, delegates chose incumbent Jason Chaffetz as the Republican candidate in the 2014 general election. Chaffetz received 838 votes, or 87.17 percent, while Robert Stevens and Hedengren each received 65 votes, or 6.42 percent.[2]
