Mark Henry is the judge on the Galveston County Court in Texas. He was elected to the position in 2010. He was re-elected on November 4, 2014, for a term that begins on January 1, 2015, and expired on December 31, 2018.[1][2]

Primary: He was successful in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 51.6 percent of the vote. He competed against Michelle Hatmaker.
General: He defeated William F. Young in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 71.2 percent of the vote.

Henry defeated James D. Yarbrough in the general election for the Galveston County Court, winning 57.6% of the vote.[5]
