Mark Hewett was the Division 4 judge of the Twelfth Circuit of Arkansas. He began serving in 1991. He retired from the bench when his term expired in 2014.[1][2][3][4]
Education
Hewett received both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas.[5]
