Mark I. Bernstein
Mark I. Bernstein was a judge on the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Bernstein was first elected to the court in 1987. He was retained in 1997 and 2007.[2] He retired from the court in 2016.[3]
Education
Bernstein earned his undergraduate degree from St. John's College in Annapolis, Maryland and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.[4]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Bernstein was an assistant public defender. He was also an attorney for Martin Heller PC and Fineman & Bach.[2]
