Mark J. Ballard was an associate judge on the Cook Judicial Circuit Court in Illinois.[1] He was first appointed to the court in 1997.[2] He retired October 2, 2016.[3]
Education
Ballard received both his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from Loyola University in Chicago.[4]
