Mark J. Bartolotta is a judge for the Lake County Court of Common Pleas Probate Division in Painesville, Ohio. He was appointed to the court on September 13, 2013, by Governor John Kasich to fill the vacancy created by the death of Ted Klammer. Bartolotta assumed the bench on September 23, 2013, and ran in November 2014 to retain the seat for the full term, which commences on February 9, 2015.[1] Bartolotta was successful in 2014, winning a term that expired on February 8, 2021.[2]
