Mark Greene was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 10 of the Kansas State Senate.

Greene attended Kansas University, receiving a Bachelor's degree in Theater Design. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus.[1]

Greene ran in the 2012 election for Kansas State Senate District 10. He ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on August 7 and was defeated by Mary Pilcher-Cook in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
