Mark Kiser
Mark Kiser is a judge of the Florida 13th Circuit Court. Kiser assumed office in 2015. Kiser's current term ends on January 2, 2029.
Kiser won re-election for judge of the Florida 13th Circuit Court outright in the general election on November 8, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.
Kiser was appointed by Governor Rick Scott (R) on May 1, 2015, to replace Judge Matthew C. Lucas.[1]
Education
Kiser received a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from the University of Florida.[1]
