Mark Lindsay was the Division 6 judge of the Fourth Circuit in Arkansas. Governor Mike Huckabee appointed him to the bench effective March 27, 2000 to replace the retiring Chancellor Thomas F. Butt. Lindsay was elected for the seat in 2000 and 2006. He was re-elected to this position in the Arkansas primary election on May 22, 2012.[1][2]

Education

Lindsay earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas. He got his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1979.[2][3]

Elections

2012

Lindsay successfully ran for re-election to his position on the Arkansas 4th Judicial Circuit Court. He defeated Brenda Austin in the primary election on May 22, 2012, receiving 70.52% of the vote.[6]
