Mark Mahon
Mark Mahon is a judge of the Florida 4th Circuit Court. His current term ends on January 2, 2029.
Mahon won re-election for judge of the Florida 4th Circuit Court outright in the general election on November 8, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.
Mahon was appointed to the court by Governor Charlie Crist on June 29, 2007. He took office the following day to replace retired Judge A.C. Soud.[1][2][3] Mahon was elected by his fellow judges to serve as chief judge of the court, effective December 2014. He replaced retiring Judge Donald Moran.[4]
Education
Mahon received a business management degree from Florida State University and his J.D. degree from the Florida State University College of Law.[1]
Career
Mahon worked as a legislator in the Florida House of Representatives from 2000 until his judicial appointment in 2007. He was also an attorney with Mahon and Associates PA.[1]

General election
The general election was canceled. Mark Mahon (Nonpartisan) won without appearing on the ballot.
2016
Florida's 20 circuit courts all had seats up for election in 2016. Of the 151 seats up for election, 125 saw only one candidate file for the election. The unopposed races were canceled and the sole candidates were automatically elected. Of the 26 opposed races, only 10 saw more than two candidates file. [5]
