Mark A. Mangerson was a judge for the Wisconsin Court of Appeals District III. He was appointed to this court by Governor Scott Walker on December 12, 2011, and was elected to a full term in 2012. On July 31, 2014, Mangerson retired from the court with four years left on his term.[1][2][3][4]

Education

Mangerson received his undergraduate degree from Valparaiso University in 1971 and his J.D. from the Valparaiso University Law School in 1974.[5][6]

2011 appointment

On December 12, 2011, Mangerson was appointed to the Wisconsin Court of Appeals District III by Governor Scott Walker.
