Mark Miller (Massachusetts)
Mark Miller was a Green-Rainbow Party candidate for the Third Berkshire District, Massachusetts House of Representatives in the October 18, 2011 special election. Miller ran to fill the vacancy created when Christopher Speranzo (D) resigned on July 13 to take accept an appointment as new clerk magistrate of Central Berkshire District Court.[1]
Elections
2011
Miller was defeated by Patricia Farley-Bouvier (D) in the October 18 special election. Mark Jester (R) and Pam Malumphy (I) also ran. Miller was a close second, losing to Farley-Bouvier by less than 200 votes (a 1,940-1,748 margin).[2]
2010
Miller ran for election to the Third Berkshire seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition. He was defeated by Christopher Speranzo (D) in the general election on November 2, 2010.
