Mark W. Pedersen is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of New York. He was appointed to this position on November 5, 2019, to succeed Judge Jonathan Feldman, who retired.[1]
Education
Pedersen obtained a B.A. in international relations from Syracuse University in 1979. He graduated from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 1982 with a J.D.[1]
Military service
Pederson served in the U.S. Navy from 1982 to 2013. He retired from the Navy in 2013 as a Captain.[1]
