Biography
Mark Ramsey graduated from Klein High School in 1975. Ramsey earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Texas Tech University in 1979. His career experience includes working as an engineer, a principal with Texas Drilling Associates, and the chief of staff of the Texas House of Representatives. Ramsey has served as the president of the Texas Tech University Academy of Mechanical Engineers.[1][2]
