Mark Rindner
Mark Rindner was a superior court judge for the Third Judicial District in Anchorage, Alaska.[1] He served from 2001 to 2018. Rindner was appointed on October 20, 2000, by Gov. Tony Knowles (D). Rindner was retained for a six-year term in 2010. He won another full term in the retention election on November 8, 2016. He left office in 2018.[2]
Education
Judge Rindner received a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1971, and a J.D. from the Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley in 1978.[3][4]
Career
Rindner was a superior court judge for the State of Alaska at Anchorage from 2001 to 2018. Prior to that, he was the partner-in-charge of the Anchorage office of Lane Powell Spears Lubersky LLP. He also was an associate for Munger, Tolles & Olson, an Assistant United States Attorney and a law clerk to the Honorable James M. Fitzgerald.[4][5]

2010
Rinder was retained in 2010.[6] The Alaska Judicial Council supported his retention.[7][8] He is up for retention again in 2016.
