Mark has been the elected Director at Otay Water District, Division 5, since 2004.

Mark is very knowledgeable in water and sewer issues, taking a leadership role in the industry. That includes Chair of the Council of Water Utilities of San Diego County (24 agencies). The Chair of MetroJPA (14 sewer agencies) and President of the Water Conservation Garden.

Mark is the owner of San Diego Commercial Real Estate (SDCRE) and has been in the industry since 1990.

Mark has a bachelors degree from San Diego State University, where he is a Lifetime Alumni.
My main focus is spending the ratepayers money responsibly. As such, I am for accountability, efficiency and the elimination of government waste.
