Mark S. Wallace was a federal bankruptcy judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Central District of California. He was appointed on January 20, 2011, by the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and retired on March 1, 2022.[1][2][3]

Education

Judge Wallace received his bachelor's degree from Princeton in 1974 and his J.D. from Columbia University in 1977.[1]

Career

Prior to beginning his legal practice, Judge Wallace served as a law clerk to the Hon. William B. Enright of the Southern District of California from 1977 to 1979. He then joined Meyer Hendricks Victor Osborn & Maledon, where he worked from 1979 to 1991. He was later employed at Stutman, Treister & Glatt P.C. from 1991 until he was appointed as a bankruptcy judge in 2011.[2]
