Mark S. Weprin
Mark Weprin is a former Democratic member of the New York City Council in the state of New York, representing District 23. He was elected to the council in 2009 and served until he was appointed to serve in the administration of Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) in 2015.[1][2]
