Mark Vining
Mark A. Vining was a judge for the Eighteenth Judicial District of the District Courts in Kansas. Vining was originally elected to the court in 1994.[1] He was re-elected in 2010 to a term which expired on December 31, 2014.[2] He retired in January 2015, after the end his term.[3]
Education
Judge Vining attended Kansas State University for his Bachelor of Science and the University of Houston for his J.D.[4]
