Mark W. Vaughn
Mark W. Vaughn was the Chief Judge for the United States bankruptcy court, District of New Hampshire. He joined the court in 1993 and retired in October 2010.[1]
Education
Judge Vaughn attended Franklin & Marshall College for his Bachelors degree and Boston College for his J.D.[2]
Military service
From 1963 to 1967, Vaughn served as a navigator in the United States Navy.[1]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Vaughn was an attorney.[1]
