Mark Wilcox
Mark Wilcox is a former Democratic Commissioner of State Lands, serving in the position since 2002. On June 17, 2009, he announced his candidacy for the office of Arkansas Secretary of State, the seat being vacated by Democrat Charlie Daniels, who was barred by state term-limit laws from running for a third term.[1]

According to Follow the Money, as of April 2010, Wilcox has raised $52,777 for his secretary of state campaign. $43,499, or 82.4%, of those contributions came from individuals.[5]
