Mark Woerner
Mark Woerner (Republican Party) is a judge for Number 4 of the Nueces County Court at Law in Texas. He assumed office in 2014. His current term ends on December 31, 2026.
Woerner (Republican Party) won re-election for the Number 4 judge of the Nueces County Court at Law in Texas outright after the general election on November 8, 2022, was canceled.

Biography
Woerner earned a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany, going on to receive his J.D. from Vanderbilt University. He was admitted to the bar in 1979.[1] Before his election to the court, Woerner was an attorney with the Mark H. Woerner Law Office.[2]

Qualifications
To serve on a county court, a judge must:[5]
- be at least 25 years old;
- be a resident of his or her respective county for at least two years; and
- have practiced law or served as a judge for at least four years preceding the election.
