Mark Young was a judge for the 9th District Court in Nebraska. Young was appointed to the court by Governor Dave Heineman on December 23, 2014, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of James Livingston.[1] Young served from 2015 until he retired from the court on September 1, 2021.[2]
