H. Marlene O'Toole is a former Republican member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing District 33 from 2008 to 2016.

O'Toole did not seek re-election to the Florida House of Representatives in 2016 because she was term-limited. Instead, O'Toole was a 2016 Republican candidate for District 12 of the Florida State Senate. She was defeated in the Republican primary by Dennis Baxley.

Elections for the Florida House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on August 26, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 20, 2014. Incumbent H. Marlene O'Toole was unopposed in the Republican primary and was unchallenged in the general election.[7][8]

On November 4, 2008, O'Toole won election to the Florida House of Representatives from Florida's 42nd District, defeating Betty Cunningham (write-in) and Jeremy Grondahl (write-in). O'Toole received 84,154 votes in the election while Cunningham received 157 votes, and Grondahl received 23 votes.[11] O'Toole raised $148,409 for her campaign.[12]
