Biography

Marlese Sifre was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She earned a law degree from the Facultad de Derecho Eugenio Maria de Hostos. Her career experience includes working as a lawyer, serving as an assistant to then-Vice Mayor Delis Castillo Rivera de Santiago, managing the Mano a Mano office and overseeing the Public Order Code during Francisco Zayas Seijo's administration. She previously served as vice mayor and interim mayor of Ponce.[1]
