Marsha Kimble-Simms was a 2014 judicial candidate for the Eighth Judicial District Court in Nevada.[1]

She previously ran for election to this court in 2012, but was unsuccessful. She also ran unsuccessfully for judge of the North Las Vegas Municipal Court in 2011.

Kimble-Simms ran for election to the Eighth Judicial District Court.
Primary: She was defeated in the primary on June 10, 2014, receiving 10.8 percent of the vote. She competed against Rebecca Burton, John Hall Howard, Jr., Lynn Hughes and Michele Mercer. [1][2]

2012

Kimble-Simms ran for the Department 4 position on the Nevada Eighth Judicial District Court; she was one of nine candidates for this position. She was defeated by incumbent Judge Kerry Earley in the general election on November 6, 2012, earning 14.52% of the vote.[3]

2011

Kimble-Simms ran for judge on the North Las Vegas Municipal Court. She received 34.96% of the vote in the four-way primary election on April 5, 2011. She was defeated in the June 7, 2011 general election, receiving only 42.4% of the vote.[4][5][6]
