Marsha Swails
Marsha Swails (b. April 3, 1952) was a Democratic-Farmer Labor member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. She represented District 56B from 2007 to 2011. She was defeated in the 2010 general election.
Swails is an English Teacher at Woodbury Senior High School. She earned her MFA in Writing from Hamline University and B.A. in English from Graceland University.
Swails is a member of the Alumni Board of Directors of Graceland University, King of Kings Lutheran Church, and the National Council of Teachers of English. She is married and has 2 children.[1]

2010
Swalis ran for re-election to the District 56B seat in 2010. She had no primary opposition. She was defeated by Andrea Kieffer (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[2]

On November 4, 2008, Marsha Swails won election to the District 56B Seat in the Minnesota House of Representatives, defeating Lee Bohlsen. [3]
