Marsha Woodruff
Marsha Woodruff was a 2010 candidate for Division 5 of the Fourth Circuit Court of Arkansas.[1] She lost in the primary election, after winning only 30.59% of the vote.[2]

Marsha Woodruff received both her B.A. and J.D. from the University of Arkansas.[3][4]
Career
Woodruff has practiced law for 30 years and was a judge of the Washington County Teen Court.[4]
