Biography
Marshall Archer served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2001 to 2005. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Maine and a graduate degree from the University of New England. His career experience includes working as a social worker, Director of Partner Engagement for a workforce development organization, property investor, and part-time faculty member at the University of Southern Maine. He previously served as the City of Saco's Deputy Mayor and Ward 1 Councilor.[1]
