A Marshall Public School District bond election was on the August 5, 2008 ballot in the Marshall public school district, located in Calhoun County in Michigan, where it was defeated.
The election was scheduled by a vote of the district's school board.
The ballot question facing voters was whether to approve new district indebtedness of $35.34 million for the purposes of "Remodeling, refurnishing, equipping and re-equipping existing school facilities; acquiring, installing, equipping and re-equipping school facilities for educational technology improvements; erecting, furnishing and equipping additions to the high school, including kitchen/cafeteria and music suite expansion and an auditorium; and developing and improving sites, including playgrounds, playfields and outdoor physical education and athletic facilities."
