Martha Hill Jamison (Republican Party) was a judge for Place 5 of the Texas Fourteenth District Court of Appeals. She left office on December 31, 2018.
Jamison (Republican Party) ran for re-election for the Place 5 judge of the Texas Fourteenth District Court of Appeals. She lost in the general election on November 6, 2018.
Education
Jamison received her B.A. in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. in 1977 from the University of Texas School of Law.[1]
Career
Jamison was appointed to the Texas District 164 Court in 1999 and served until 2008, when she was defeated in the election. Before serving on the court, Jamison worked in the private practice of law and as a commercial mediator.[1]
