Martha Rupp Carter
Martha Rupp Carter was a judge of the Oklahoma Judicial District 14. She assumed office on January 13, 2019. She left office in 2022.
Carter ran for election for judge of the Oklahoma Judicial District 14. She won in the general election on November 6, 2018.
Carter is a former Oklahoma special district court judge for Tulsa County, which is located in District 14 of the 26 Oklahoma District Courts.[1] She was appointed in late 2010 and served until she was elected to the District Court in 2018.[2]
Education
Rupp Carter received a B.A. in English from Oklahoma State University and a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1980.[3]
