Martin C. Kelley (Democratic Party) is a judge for the 13th Subcircuit of the Cook County Judicial Circuit Court in Illinois. His current term ends on December 2, 2030.

Kelley ran for re-election for the 13th Subcircuit judge of the Cook County Judicial Circuit Court in Illinois. He won in the retention election on November 5, 2024.

He was elected to a newly-created judgeship on Nov. 6, 2012.

Education

Kelley received his undergraduate degree from Loyola University of Chicago and then his J.D. degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1992.[1]

Kelley was a private practice attorney with the firm of Kelley, Kelley & Kelley prior to his judicial election in 2012.[1]
