Martin D. Dorsey is an associate judge on the First District Court in Baltimore City, Maryland. He was appointed to the court by Governor Martin O'Malley in August 2013 and assumed office on September 9, 2013.[1][2] His current term expires in 2023.[3]
Education
Dorsey received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 1994 and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1997.[2]
