Martin F. Clark, Jr. is a circuit court judge for the 21st Judicial Circuit in Virginia.[1] He has served as a judge on the court since 1995.[2]
Education
Clark received his undergraduate degree from Davidson College and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1984.[2][3]
Career
Clark served as a district court judge for the 21st Judicial District Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court from 1992 to 1995.[2]
