Martin Montgomery
Martin V. Montgomery (1840-1898) was an Associate Justice on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
He received a recess appointment from President Grover Cleveland on April 1, 1887 and was nominated on December 20th. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 26, 1888, and received commission that same day. He resigned on October 2, 1892.[1]
