Marty Redden
Marty Redden was the acting Alabama Secretary of Workforce. He assumed office on October 1, 2024. He left office on February 1, 2025.
Redden was appointed Acting Alabama Commissioner of Labor by Gov. Kay Ivey to replace Fitzgerald Washington in his retirement on October 1, 2024.[1]
Biography
Redden came out of retirement to serve as Acting Commissioner. Redden was previously the Secretary of the Office of Information Technology (OIT).[1]
