Mary Alice Nardella (also known as Molly) is a judge of the Florida 6th District Court of Appeal. She assumed office on January 1, 2023. Her current term ends on January 2, 2029.
Nardella ran for re-election for judge of the Florida 5th District Court of Appeal. She won in the retention election on November 8, 2022.
Nardella was recommissioned to Florida's Sixth District Court of Appeal by Gov. Ron DeSantis (R). The Sixth District Court of Appeal was established on January 1, 2023.

Nardella received her bachelor's degree and her J.D. from the University of Florida.[1]
