Mosher ran unsuccessfully for election to the Town Court on November 8th to replace retiring Justice John F. Kelley. She received 20% of the vote and was defeated by Michael Korpon.[1]
Mosher previously lost the September 13th Republican primary election to Korpon after receiving approximately 18.8% of the vote. However, she is also running on the Independence party line, so the two candidates will compete again in the general election on November 8th.[3][4]
