Biography
Mary Bethel was born in Windsor, North Carolina. Bethel earned a bachelor's degree and a graduate degree from North Carolina State University in 1971 and 1982, respectively. Her career experience includes working as a non-profit executive director. Bethel has worked in the human services field in jobs related to aging, persons with disabilities, and health.[1]
