Biography
Mary Carvlin was born in Chicago, Illinois, and lives in Blue Island, Illinois. She earned a bachelor of arts in english literature and journalism from the College of Santa Fe in 1985 and her master's in elementary education and teaching from Governors State University in 2005. Carvlin’s career experience includes working as a freelance writer and a teacher at Hart Junior High School.[1]
