Mary DeVun
Mary DeVun was a 2013 candidate for the St. Tammany Parish Justice Court in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.[1]
2013 election
DeVun ran for election to the St. Tammany Parish Justice Court. Primary: She was defeated in the primary on October 19, 2013, receiving 7.5 percent of the vote.[2][3]
Education
DeVun earned a bachelor's degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2006, going on to receive her J.D. from the Southern University Law Center in 2009. She was admitted to the bar in 2010.[4]
Career
DeVun is a private practice attorney. She is a former legal assistant for the law firm of Hilleren & Hilleren and a former civil and criminal court reporter in Orleans Parish. She also previously owned ABC Title in Mandeville and is affiliated with the Roman Candy Co., founded by her grandfather in 1915.[5]
