Willis earned a B.S. degree from Ball State University, going on to receive her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law.[3] She also attended the Indiana Graduate Program for Judges in 2007.[4]
Awards and associations
In 2010, The Indiana Judicial Center nominated Judge Willis to receive a scholarship for a four-day program with the National Judicial College.[4]
