Mary Gile
Mary Stuart Gile (b. March 24, 1936) is a former Democratic member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Merrimack 27 from 1996 to 2018.
Biography
Gile earned her B.S. from McGill University, M.Ed. from the University of New Hampshire, and Ed.D. from George Peabody College, Vanderbilt University. When she served in the state House, Gile's professional experience included working as a teacher, consultant on the Title 1 Elementary and Secondary Education Act for the New Hampshire State Department of Education, professor and department head, and consultant/professor.

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 13, 2014. Incumbent Mary Gile and incumbent Harold Rice were unopposed in the Democratic primary, while James McConaha was unopposed in the Republican primary. Gile, Rice and McConaha faced off in the general election.[5] Incumbents Gile and Rice defeated McConaha in the general election.[6]
