Biography
Mary Hakken-Phillips earned a B.A. in political science from Alma College in 2003, an M.A. in political science from Loyola University at Chicago in 2006, and a J.D. from Michigan State University in 2017. Hakken-Phillips' career experience includes working as an attorney with the Tarbell & Brodich law firm.[1]
