Mary Helen Moses
Mary Helen Moses was a 2014 candidate for the Brunswick Circuit of the First Superior Court District in Georgia.[1] She previously ran for election to this court in 2010.

Moses ran for election to the First Superior Court, Brunswick Circuit.
General: She was defeated in the general election on May 20, 2014, after receiving 35.6 percent of the vote. She competed against Roger Lane.

2010
Moses ran for election to the Brunswick Circuit Superior Court. She was defeated by Amanda F. Williams in the general election.[3] Moses earned only 33.8% of the vote, compared to Williams' 66.2%.[4]

Education
Moses received her B.A. from Furman University in 1975 and her J.D. from the University of Georgia in 1978. She also received her LL.M. from Georgetown University in 1981.[5]
Career
Moses has been a legal educator in a variety of positions. First, she established a moot court program at the University of North Carolina. Then she served as counsel to John A. Penello, a member of the National Labor Relations Board. She was then a professor of law at Albany Law School of Union University, and an adjunct professor at Cornell University. In addition, she was a private practice attorney while in New York. She has since returned to Georgia, and has been a professor at Mercer and John Marshall Law Schools. She has also run a private practice.[5]
